1. Collection of Personal Information

to third parties to perform functions or to provide services in support of the products and services we provide (for example, printing statements). 3. Consent

By opening an account at RAMIPROB, you are providing consent to RAMIPROB to collect, use and disclose your personal information as set out in this agreement. We will not use or disclose your personal information for purposes other than those described in this privacy agreement unless we obtain your prior consent to such use or disclosure is required or permitted by law. For example, RAMIPROB does not require your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information where:

For the collection of a debt owed to RAMIPROB by you,

To a law enforcement agency, securities regulatory authority or self-regulatory organization such as the IIROC, various exchanges in Canada and the United States,

4. Corrections to Personal Information

You may review the information you have provided to RAMIPROB and make corrections to it. We may request that you provide corrections in writing. 5. Retention of Personal Information

RAMIPROB may retain your personal information on file after you cease to be a client of RAMIPROB for as long as RAMIPROB requires such information or as long as is demanded by our regulatory requirements.

THE TERMS OF OUR PRIVACY AGREEMENT MAY CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME AFTER EXECUTION OF THIS AGREEMENT BY YOU. PLEASE REFER TO OUR WEBSITE FOR ANY UPDATES.

Your access to and continued use of the RAMIPROB CORP. website at http://www.ramiprob.com (the “Site”) constitutes your acceptance of, and is conditional upon your continued acceptance of and compliance with, the following provisions. Also, note that these terms and conditions may change. A record of any changes made from time to time will be posted on the Site. It is your responsibility to check for any such changes.

These terms of use are additional to the terms of the customer agreements governing your account. In addition, you may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate services, third-party content or third-party software. Our goal is to keep the rates and fees posted on this site accurate. However subject to applicable legislation, rates, fees and information are subject to change at any time without notice to users and the posted rates and fees at the site may not immediately reflect such changes.

Reserved Rights and Grant of Limited License

All information on this Site is protected by the copyright laws of Canada and/or other countries. Users of the Site are granted a limited license to use (display or print) the information for their own personal non-commercial use only. INTERNET SECURITY

RAMIPROB is part of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, which has been designed and managed in alignment with regulation, standards and best practices including SOC 1/SOC 2, SSAE 16/ISAE 3402, PCI DSS Level 1.

RAMIPROB website has been designed to protect your privacy by providing, sharing and exchanging information in a non-intrusive way. Thus, you may read or download the RAMIPROB pages without offering any personal identification.

When information is requested – specifically when you wish to inquire about new accounts – you may choose to provide just your name and address or you may volunteer other demographic data, such as your age, gender, and occupation. Any such information may be entered into our data banks and used quantitatively, as we develop products and marketing ideas. In addition, this information may be given to our Financial Advisors, who may contact you to discuss products and services in which you have an interest.
